Open Khedma, go to your profile, scroll to the bottom of Settings, and choose "Delete account." For your security, you'll confirm with a one-time code sent to your email or phone before the deletion goes through. This is instant and permanent.

Fill in the form below with the name, phone number, or email tied to your account, and our support team will process the deletion and confirm by email — usually within a few business days.

Your profile, phone/email, location, profile photo, CNIE identity documents and selfie, task history, chat messages, and ratings are permanently removed.

Payment and donation records are kept for a limited period as required by law. Reviews and messages already tied to a completed task with another user may be kept in anonymized form for that person's record, with your personal identifiers removed.
